CG&A works with executives and business teams who are wanting to develop their ability to change, innovate and create sustainable growth with well-being for everyone involved. We facilitate unlocking their unique abilities, talents and skill sets to create smarter outcomes/results faster and more easily in all areas of their life, both work and personal. To do this we combine our business development experience, life coaching and ‘Conscious Creator’ programme.

We work alongside directors, management and staff providing targeted professional development and change management, with a business development focus. In our experience, there is a ‘soft’ skill set needs to sit alongside the ‘hard’ technical skill set for real success.

There are 2 key areas of focus: –

  • Teaching people the fundamental skill set of how to be a conscious creator.
  • Applying this in their work and personal life, with a primary focus on business.

CG&A combines a unique blend of business plus personal development. This is based on business development experience across a number of industries in New Zealand and offshore combined with research and teaching of self-empowerment, self-transformation, the conscious creation processes and global shifts occurring.

We created the ‘Conscious Creator’ programme from personal experience to teach people the fundamental principles. We empower people and develop their ‘creator’ abilities and then show them how to apply these pro-actively to best benefit all involved, with a focus on developing businesses. The principles of this programme are built into all work undertaken by CG&A. By developing the people we develop the business.

It is particularly powerful when applied in the business setting and is for those that are passionate about creating positive change, innovation and growth.
