Navigation for Life

Stress, reactive leadership, decision fatigue and underperforming teams are costing you and your people. Most leaders know this — and most have tried the usual motivation, technical IQ and externally focused fixes. Few have found a practical way to change it, because the gap isn't effort. It's internal — how you read and regulate your own energy.

Become a Navigator and Thrive

Your energy sets the tone – we help you master it

Evidence-informed coaching that converts stress and pressure into clarity and performance.

It’s designed to reconnect you to your innate ability to successfully navigate life, consciously creating the outcomes you want.

Unlike most technical IQ and skills training, CG&A works from the inside out first.

You'll build the ability to manage your own energy and tap into your inner wisdom — through four types of intelligence, in a structured pathway with measurable outcomes.

So, you can make better decisions, create better outcomes, lead more effectively, and sustain high performance - without burning out.

Why CG&A

CG&A combines 45+ years of corporate leadership experience with advanced coaching to produce tangible, measurable change for individuals and organisations. Click in the button below for more detail.

Greater resilience and calm

Sourced from the inside, not coping tactics: faster stress recovery, steadier focus and sustainable energy for high-pressure work.

Clearer, faster, better decisions and outcomes

Learning to trust and use internal signals — intuition, body-informed cues — most leaders have been trained to override, harnessed through all four types of intelligence into repeatable practices that improve clarity and results.

Authentic influence

Influence that follows naturally once your internal state is congruent with what you say and do, rather than performed. Builds trust, psychological safety and commitment.

Measurable performance

Practical habits and simple metrics that convert personal growth into team and business outcomes.

Presence that lifts a room

The ability to hold a steady, grounded state under pressure, so the people around you regulate off you instead of escalating with you. (See where this comes from — Meet Your Coach)

Testimonials

I am pleased to say, the Life Coach programme run by Craig Galloway is different from any other course I have ever been on. Craig provides an environment for participants to help them understand that they alone have the power to feel good or bad and this feeling or energy can have an effect on people we interact with, be it family, friends or work collegues. I do not think that any of us have a great understanding of the effect we have on others. This course helps us better understand ourselves, not by embarking on some sort of deep self pschycoanalysis, but by helping participants understand what it is that gets them into the best feeling frame of mind. From this comes ia better environment for ideas and solutions to problems to flow, both for ourselves and those we interact with. What manager would not like to create an environment where staff feel confident and encouraged to freely share their ideas to help solve problems more quickly and effectively.

The course is about taking on board principals and thoughts to help achieve goals. It is not about aquiring techniques to better control others but rather about getting ourselves in the best feeling place to create an environment where positive thoughts become more contageous and ideas and creative solutions flow more freely. Most of our line managers and supervisors as well as myself have participated in the course and we are seeing results in terms of energy and cohesiveness and enthusiasism for the challenges before us.

Craig Galloway was hired by my employer for me one year ago, to enable myself to better cope with my continually demanding and often stressful job. I found his ideas and training to be highly positive and life changing. I was so impressed with Craig that after completion of my course, I personally hired Craig out of work hours for training in all areas of my life - both business and personal.

Our time together was incredibly rewarding and allowed great personal growth for me.  I continue to use Craig's ideas and on a day-to-day level, which has allowed me to solve problems, better manage myself and develop significantly as a person.

I am very grateful to have had my time with Craig and would highly recommend any individual or company interested in using him in the future.

I have worked with Craig Galloway in my capacity as Operations Manger of PMP Print Christchurch for over two years. PMP Print is the largest commercial printing company in Australasia, based in Melbourne and listed on the Australian stock exchange. The Christchurch plant produces high quality magazines and catalogues and employs over 140 permanent staff.

We first enlisted Craig’s help when we were unsure of where we wanted to go with our supervisors training. In the past we had used the traditional courses available, sending individuals away once a year, comfortable in the notion that we were providing our supervisor team with the required skills. But it became clear that this wasn’t enough, in a large manufacturing plant that operates 27/7 it is vital that all supervisors act as a cohesive team; this is very difficult to achieve using traditional training methods.

Craig’s flexible approach to our training needs was a breath of fresh air. He listened very closely to what we actually wanted and where we saw our greatest opportunities, and he then proposed a course of training based on a combination of one-on-one and group sessions.

The effect of the course on our supervisors was quite dramatic, most noticeable was an improvement in their ability and desire to communicate, both to management and production staff. The main purpose of the training was certainly achieved, and that was for them to get a clear understanding of their role in the operation and an appreciation of the affect they have on others. PMP Print Christchurch now has a very solid foundation of leaders on which to build.

I have since attended the course myself with other members of the management team at PMP, and it has certainly helped me in my professional and personal life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig Galloway & Associates to any organization or individual and welcome any questions that you may have.

My company engaged Craig as a business coach and mentor for myself and my other colleagues. Craig is by far the best business coach and mentor that I have known.

He was especially good at helping me identifying and remove the obstacles that were holding back my business development. He also helped identify weaknesses and provided effective strategies for overcoming them.

I would not hesitate in recommending Craig to anyone seeking to take their own personal or business development to the next level.

I first met Craig in 2011 when he ran a Life skills programme for our office. There were many aspects to the course that we all found extremely useful in both our
business and our personal lives.

The course was well run and gave us tools to better understand ourselves, build resilience and help our interactions with work colleagues and our loved ones.

Craig is knowledgeable and passionate about helping us create supportive environments in our work and home lives.

I would certainly recommend talking to Craig.
