Meet Craig Galloway

I grew up on a dairy farm in a conservative, rural region of southern Hawkes Bay before transitioning to a boarding school environment. Being a ‘sensitive male’ was not an easy journey. In 1979, I earned my Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, after which I spent over three decades in various middle and senior management roles across a diverse range of industries. My experience spans FMCG, food service, industrial products, financial services, advertising, logistics, and retail, focusing primarily on marketing, sales, distribution, and business development. A significant part of my career, spanning six years, was spent in the Middle East, where I developed sales and distribution operations while collaborating with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. I also played field hockey to national and international levels, and coached teams.

As someone deeply passionate about studying and practicing contemporary business philosophies, I increasingly encountered challenges in applying these concepts effectively. The methodologies often felt overly complex and cumbersome, leaving me searching for straightforward principles that could be universally applied. I became determined to simplify these processes, seeking to understand the core tenets that would allow the details to unfold more naturally. This intent led me on a transformative journey.

There were several major challenges in my life that were catalysts for major change and shifts. It is only now that I can appreciate the value of these challenges. Without them there would have been no change nor growth.

In 1989, I experienced a profound personal loss with the passing of my younger brother in a light plane crash in Australia. Bringing him home changed my perspective on life and death, instilling in me a deep awareness of something beyond our earthly existence.

In 1998, I faced my second corporate redundancy, which led me to feelings of failure and paralysis in my career. Unsatisfied with standard corporate support, I turned to personal development workshops and extensive reading. Although this path felt disorganised and slow, it gradually led to meaningful insights. As I synthesised my findings, I began to wonder why such comprehensive material wasn’t readily available in a practical format to help others learn progressively and efficiently.

Around this time, I also became aware of the shift in consciousness that was picking up pace. It allowed me to come to understand, what I can only describe as the dramatic energy changes occurring for me. The physical, mental and emotional impact was very significant. The pace of this accelerated over the years from 2000 to 2012 and continues to unfold.

Realising I could share my insights with others, I retrained as a life coach and created a unique coaching programme based on my experiences. I applied this programme with various corporate teams and sports teams. As a result of the corporate coaching, I was invited to take up a role in business development or change management within financial services. This opportunity allowed me to apply and refine my knowledge while becoming involved in a local software solution for financial advisers. Ultimately, I became the CEO of this company, integrating coaching principles into our operations. Alongside this role, I underwent an intensive personal development process that spanned several years.

I also applied this knowledge in sport both as a coach and player. The potential to harness the unique skills and talents of players, encourage the best they could be and blend this into the best team possible was remarkable. In addition, I got to experience how I could influence player and team performance by how I focused my energy.

Now, a major passion is to bring together all my experiences into a revised and upgraded coaching programme and share this with those seeking this knowledge. This material focuses on understanding one’s life and the results produced, guiding individuals toward meaningful change that aligns with their highest good and benefit for all involved.

One profound insight that resonated with me was:

“If you do not go within, you go without.” (Reference: Conversations With God, Book 1 by Neale Donald Walsch, page 44. ISBN 0-7336-0476-5.)

Understanding and applying has been a profound experience and keeps unfolding.

I invite you to take what speaks to you from this coaching and leave what doesn’t resonate for now. You may find significance in different aspects as you integrate new ideas over time.

My hope is that you recognise your incredible power and unique talents, discovering ways to apply them meaningfully in your life and positively impact your world. May you uncover your potential for abundance, well-being, joy, and meaningful relationships. There are no limits to your possibilities. When the time is right, share your learning and wisdom with others.

This is a personal journey towards freedom, joy, and growth. I wish you the best as you embark on this transformative path. Remember, it’s about the journey, not just the destination.
