Overview:
In today’s fast-paced world, managing stress is key to well-being and success. This workshop empowers individuals and teams with practical strategies to reduce stress, boost resilience, find solutions, improve productivity and creativity, and foster a positive workplace culture. If you were to do only one part of the Navigator Programme, this is it.
What You’ll Learn:
- The roots and impacts of stress.
- Effective stress management techniques (breathing, meditation, grounding, journaling).
- Developing emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Cultivating mindfulness and positivity.
- Building supportive team dynamics.
Workshop Structure:
- Session 1: Setting intentions and sharing experiences (30 mins)
- Session 2: Deep dive into stress causes and responses (45 mins)
- Session 3: Hands-on stress management tools (2.5-3 hrs)
