Navigator Level 3: Emotional Maturity for Business Success

Overview:

Level 3 of the Navigator Coaching Programme focuses on cultivating emotional maturity and inner guidance to unlock greater success in both personal and professional life. Over four dynamic sessions, participants will develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and a deeper self-awareness to navigate challenges effectively and foster growth.

What You’ll Explore:

  • The role of emotional intelligence in relationships and leadership
  • Recognising and managing energy flow and emotional states
  • Identifying and transforming limiting beliefs into empowering narratives
  • Developing strategies for emotional resilience and growth
  • Enhancing communication, decision-making, and collaboration through emotional maturity

Programme Structure: 

  • Session 1: Setting goals and creating a safe, supportive environment; Introduction to e-motion
  • Session 2: Exploring energy flow and the Emotional Vibrational Scale (EVS); Navigating emotional ‘boulders’
  • Session 3: Understanding beliefs and personal wisdom; Recognising empowering vs. disempowering thoughts
  • Session 4: Transforming beliefs; Developing practical tools to cultivate positivity and productivity
